Happy Monsters represents a local art project aimed to bringing together all types of creatives during UPNEXTFest 2017.
It’s easy to participate. Design a Happy Monster in whatever medium you’d prefer. Submit the Design. See it on display at The Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center October 15 – October 20, 2017. The requirements are below!
